The Spyder Vanqysh Jacket is the pinnacle of Spyder's offering for demanding skiers. It combines top-notch weather protection, low weight, and maximum freedom of movement thanks to a sophisticated construction of stretch materials. Its close-fitting sporty cut and premium features make it the ideal choice for intense days on the slopes.
Material
The jacket uses recycled EXO SHIELD 30K nylon with 4-way stretch and a laminated membrane with a water column of 30,000 mm and breathability of 30,000 g/m²/24 h. Highly elastic 2-way EXO SHIELD 30K material is strategically used in stressed areas for even greater range of motion. A DWR water-repellent finish protects against moisture, while PrimaLoft® Silver ECO insulation with a weight of 100 g provides excellent thermal comfort. All components are made without the use of PFAS chemicals.
Function
All seams are taped for maximum waterproofness. The detachable hood compatible with a ski helmet offers the possibility of adjusting the circumference and the jacket is equipped with a ventilation system in the torso and collar area for effective temperature regulation. Safety is increased by the integrated RECCO® Avalanche Rescue System. YKK® AquaGuard® zippers protect the contents of the pockets from moisture and there is also a removable snow belt, inner elastic cuffs with thumb holes, mesh pocket for ski goggles, lens cleaning cloth, inner zip pocket, ski pass pocket and shoulder padding made of breathable 3D mesh for increased wearing comfort.
