The Spyder Leader Jacket is designed for demanding skiers who demand maximum protection from adverse weather, high thermal comfort and unrestricted freedom of movement. Thanks to the EXO SHIELD 30K membrane, PrimaLoft® Black ECO insulation and thoughtful technical details, it is the ideal choice for all-day skiing in demanding mountain conditions. The distinctive Spyder Red design underlines the sporty character of the jacket.
Material
The jacket is made of 100% recycled polyester EXO SHIELD 30K with 4-way stretch, laminated membrane with a water column of 30,000 mm and breathability of 30,000 g/m²/24 h. A DWR water repellent finish protects against moisture and snow, while PrimaLoft® Black ECO insulation with a weight of 100 g provides optimal thermal comfort without unnecessary bulk. All components used are made without the use of PFAS chemicals.
Function
Fully taped seams provide reliable protection against moisture penetration. The detachable, ski helmet-compatible hood is equipped with an adjustable circumference. Strategically placed stretch panels on the inside support natural movement while skiing. YKK® underarm ventilation zippers allow for quick regulation of body temperature. The jacket has side and chest pockets with YKK® AquaGuard® zippers, a ski pass pocket, an inner zipper pocket, a mesh pocket for ski goggles and a soft suede cloth for cleaning the lenses. A removable snow belt with Snap-Back system, adjustable cuffs, inner elastic cuffs with thumb holes, a drawstring hem and spacer mesh shoulder padding increase comfort during all-day use.
