Returns and Claims

Returning or claiming goods at David Sport has never been easier. Simply select your preferred shipping method in the form and, if necessary, print the shipping label. The courier will pick up the package, so you don't have to go anywhere.

Returning Goods

You no longer need to deal with lengthy paperwork or arrange transportation yourself. At David Sport, you have 14 days to return undamaged or unused goods. We appreciate it if you return the items with tags and in their original packaging. While not mandatory, it is appreciated.

Important Points for Returning Goods

• Goods purchased from the e-shop can be returned within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.
• Returned goods must be undamaged and unused, in their original, undamaged packaging, and with tags.
• Include the return form and a copy of the invoice in the package. Once we receive the goods, your funds will be refunded.

If you are not a consumer, meaning you are purchasing goods as part of your business activity (as indicated by the inclusion of a company ID on the purchase document), the right to withdraw does not apply, as the law does not provide this option.

Good to Know

We appreciate it if you return the goods in their original packaging and with all tags. DAVID Sport Harrachov s.r.o. reserves the right to compensation for actual costs incurred in connection with the return of goods. These costs will be charged to the customer and deducted from the refund amount.

You may, of course, try on the goods. However, they must not show signs of use.

Observing the 14-Day Period

The 14-day return period is counted from the day the shipment was delivered. This refers to 14 calendar days, not business days.

A copy of the invoice and the completed online form.

What Goods Cannot Be Returned?

By law, consumers cannot withdraw from the contract in particular cases:

• Goods customized to order.
• Goods of an intimate nature that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons (e.g., tried-on underwear).
• Goods that have been modified in-store according to the customer's wishes.

Exceptions are cases where the right of withdrawal is explicitly agreed upon.

Claims

Select the "Claim Goods" option and fill out the online form. If you wish to make a claim, you have two years to do so, and the process takes only a few minutes.

The average delivery time to our warehouse is 5 days. It depends on the carrier but should not exceed 7 days. You can track your package using the tracking number found when printing the shipping label.

Once we receive the goods, we will handle everything promptly. Although the law allows 30 days for claims, we process them efficiently, so you can expect a quick resolution. Similarly, returned goods are processed within a week, and your money will be refunded to your account promptly.
