If the SIDAS insole protrudes below the original insole, mark the contour of the original insole with a pencil and then cut along the line. The insole is not adjusted by cutting in the heel or on the arch (this does not apply to WINTER H FLAT insoles). Then try to see if the SIDAS insole fits perfectly in the shoe. The insoles must not be short so that they move in the shoe, but they must not wrinkle after being inserted into the shoe, which would mean that they are too long. Therefore, it is better to proceed carefully and cut in smaller pieces and try the insole in the shoe after each cut.
